My passion for wellness is deeply personal. My own journey has taught me that transformation is about so much more than a number on the scale — it's about rebuilding confidence, creating healthier habits, learning to prioritize yourself, and discovering what you are capable of.
As a Registered Nurse, I have spent years caring for and supporting others, but experiencing my own wellness journey gave me an even deeper understanding of how powerful the right education, guidance, accountability, and support can be. That experience inspired me to turn my personal transformation into a purpose: helping others create their own.
I founded Limarys Wellness Concierge to create the kind of supportive and personalized wellness experience I believe everyone deserves — one where people feel heard, encouraged, educated, and empowered to make informed decisions about their wellness.
My mission is to meet each person where they are, help them navigate the options available to them, celebrate progress beyond the scale, and remind them that meaningful change is built one step at a time.
My journey became my purpose — and my purpose is helping others transform their lives from the inside out.

Limarys Wellness Concierge provides wellness education, nursing support, concierge services, and other services within the applicable professional scope of practice.
Medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescription eligibility, and prescribing are handled by appropriately licensed clinicians. Limarys does not independently prescribe medications.
No treatment, weight-loss, hormone, longevity, or health outcome is guaranteed. All services are subject to eligibility and clinical evaluation.
Clinical infrastructure for the online wellness portal is provided by Altro Health.
